OCC Realty Advisors (“OCC”) was founded on principle to assist our clients with level of service that is second to none no matter the size of the transaction. Three founding members of OCC has combined experience of over 50 years in commercial real estate with each having thorough knowledge and experience in various commercial real estate fields. There is a big portion of underserved investors, property owners, and business owners who are not given the level of service they deserve by the larger commercial real estate firms. Simply because their transactions are not large enough. Whether transaction size is $100 or $100M, our clients will be given the same level of attention and service they deserve. Leasing (Retail, Office and Warehouse) – OCC provides highest level of services for Landlord and tenant representation. For Landlords, we will utilize our experience and market knowledge in obtaining the best credit tenants to ensure security in Landlord’s investment. For tenants, we will assist in locating and negotiating the best terms for our clients. Our team, being long time residents of DC Metropolitan area, has thorough knowledge of the market to best assist our clients in finding locations to be most suitable and prosperous for their businesses.
Investment Property Acquisition and Disposition – Our group has been involved in more than $500M in real estate transactions in VA, MD and DC. We specialize in disposition of properties to obtain the highest price for sale of investors’ properties. Through our network of property owners and commercial brokers, we work diligently to locate properties to best suit our clients’ needs and wants.
Business Brokerage– Selling and purchase of businesses can be a very stressful experience. OCC, with many years of experience in representing both sellers and purchasers, will guide their clients to make selling and purchase of businesses less stressful. With former accountant in our group, we can careful analyze business financials to get an accurate valuation of businesses being sold and purchased.
Franchise Consulting– OCC owns and operates a separate entity, MetroFran, Inc. MetroFran consults prospective franchisors who are interested in franchising their businesses, and prospective franchisees in seeking a franchise to operate. OCC can assist businesses from steps A-Z in becoming a franchise. We are affiliated with more than 400 franchises to assist our clients in selecting the right franchise for them.
